Terms and Conditions
Gift card duration. Gift Cards are valid for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase. Gift Cards cannot be redeemed after expiry date.
Use of multiple Gift Cards. Only one Gift Card can be used per course booking.
Use of promotional codes. Promotional codes may not be used in conjunction with Gift Cards.
Email Gift Cards. Email Gift Cards shall be provided to the email address provided at point of purchase.
Postal Gift Cards. There may be additional costs associated with the provision of a postal Gift Card, which can be requested via email. Please allow up to 7 days for delivery of a postal Gift Card.
Gift Card redemption. Courses must be pre-booked. Gift Cards can be redeemed online only. There is no option for in-person or email redemption. Redemption contact details are provided on the Gift Card.
Refunds. Gift Cards are non-refundable other than within the 14 day cancellation period as per the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. No change or credit given in the event that the Gift Card value exceeds the total cost of the course – for example where a £100 Gift Card is used to purchase a £95 course.
Monetary Gift Cards. Monetary Gift Cards can be used for part or full payment of a course only. If the course cost exceeds the amount of the gift card, the balance must be paid in full at the point of booking.
Course availability. We do not guarantee that spaces will be available on courses. Spaces are only secured once a course has been booked, so it is recommended that you book as early as possible to avoid disappointment.
Transfer. Gift Cards are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Lost or stolen Gift Cards. Lost, stolen or destroyed Gift Cards will not be exchanged or refunded.
Cancellation. In the unlikely event that a course needs to be cancelled by us, a new Gift Card shall be issued and shall be valid for a further 12 months. In the event that a course is cancelled by a Gift Card holder, no refund, full or partial, shall be given within our 14 day window prior to the commencement date. If cancelled outside of this period, the gift voucher may be reactivated and continue availability for the duration of initial validity.
