The perfect course for car care enthusiasts dedicated to maintaining their beloved vehicles in pristine cosmetic condition, this course offers an unparalleled opportunity to deepen your understanding of detailing techniques.

Throughout the programme participants will be guided through the best-practice processes of safe pressure and hand washing, decontamination, inspection, paint protection, mild paint correction, and the application of various protection options available.

Course Overview:

  • Comprehensive assessment of vehicle exteriors and interiors.
  • Hands-on instruction in cleaning, decontamination, and preparatory work for vehicle bodies, covering washing methods, pre-wash and snow foam applications, multi-bucket systems, as well as the use of acids, alkalis, and fallout removers.
  • Detailed guidance on cleaning, decontamination, and preparatory work for alloy wheels.
  • Training in paintwork inspection techniques using lighting methods, depth gauges, and visual cues to identify and rectify areas of concern.
  • Practical demonstrations on the usage of machine polishers, including dual and forced action machines from esteemed brands such as Flex, Rupes, and more budget-friendly alternatives.
  • Overview of various polishing compounds and pad combinations.
  • Exploration of paintwork and alloy wheel sealant protection options, along with application techniques.
  • Practical overview of glass cleansing and protection methods.
  • Insider tips and tricks to achieve optimal results in detailing.

Participants will gain invaluable hands-on experience, commencing from the foundational stages and progressing through each step of a complete enhancement detail. Following the course, attendees are encouraged to apply their newfound knowledge through practice on their own vehicles, with ongoing support provided.

Located in the heart of Gloucestershire, our fully equipped training studio and classroom offers convenient access to the M4/M5 motorways, with a journey time of under an hour and a half to the M25.
