The FLEX Academy’s “Flexxperts” All In Course is a group training event designed to acquaint participants with the knowledge, skills, and techniques essential for maximising the performance of every type of machine polisher offered by FLEX Tools, ranging from the PE14 Rotary to the PXE nano polisher. You have the flexibility to select the days you wish to attend from the dropdown box above.

Day One welcomes attendees of all skill levels, commencing with an overview of movement types and theory to ensure everyone is on the same page before proceeding to the studio for the first of the instructor-led sessions. We delve into combination matching, enabling you to correctly pair the machine, pad, and compound with the paint in front of you, while discussing the nuances between movement types and their impact on effectiveness.

Each machine, including Rotary, Dual Action, the Nano PXE, and Forced Action XFE, along with both corded and cordless options, is comprehensively explained and demonstrated. Participants gain hands-on experience on both test panels and live vehicles to trial and refine their technique, or simply to explore the capabilities of the polishers under trained instruction.

Upon completion of Day One, attendees receive a Flex training day certificate and have the option to progress to Day Two to attain full Flexxpert status. Additionally, there is an opportunity to purchase any Flex polisher enjoyed during the day at a significant discount—ideal for test-driving while honing the necessary techniques.

Day Two focuses on machine sanding and correction. Effectively utilising short-throw sanding machines and fine grades of abrasive can yield exceptional results on highly damaged, recently painted, or otherwise flawed paint finishes. We teach the techniques and tricks to harness this advanced skill to its fullest potential and then safely and efficiently correct and refine the paintwork to achieve perfection.

Completion of both days awards attendees with the Flexxpert All-In Training accreditation, accompanied by business and brand association promotion capabilities for professionals.
